Care is delivered using a deliberate, systematic approachand practice is guided by increasing awareness of patterns of patientresponses in recurrent situations. These nurses demonstrate a mastery ofmost technical skills and begin to view clinical situations from apatient and family focus as they provide professional nursing carewithin clinical areas/ campuses as required by staffing matrices.
