SEEKING EXPERIENCED MECHANICS!!! Automotive Mechanics are a part of themost important teams in the dealership (THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT)! As anautomotive mechanic you will quickly and efficiently perform routinemaintenance and identify the cause of breakdown and repair them usingthe most optimal solutions.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Promotes dealership by presenting professional image, positiveattitude, and clean work area.Road tests vehicles to ensure repairs are completed properly.Suggest additional work that is needed to the Service Advisor so thecustomer may be notified.Completes service and repair assignments correctly, to pass qualityinspections or test drives.Collects all necessary information before requesting parts (e.g.,model year, VIN applications, etc.).Maintains sufficient personally-owned tools; keeps tools in goodworking order.Additional Duties and Responsibilities:Notifies shop Service Manager and Service Advisors if delays areexpected.Maintains cleanliness of the customers vehicle.Follow procedures to obtain necessary documentation for claims to besubmitted.Working Effectively With OthersPrinciple Duties and ResponsibilitiesPromotes a productive working relationship with others.Actively listens to concerns; takes action to respond to othersneeds.Speaks clearly, concisely, and effectively.Provides clear and legible record of service completed for bothcustomer and dealership use.Has an approachable style; fosters open communication through activelistening.Assist Service Advisors, if necessary, to explain completed repairsto a customer.Assists other technicians when needed.Courtesy Ford is proud to announce an opening in our top ranked ServiceDepartment.
