  Job Overview

  Clinical Practice Specialist positions can have a focus in either the nursingpractice or the behavioral health practice.The Clinical Practice Specialist is a leader in advancing practice andexcellence, both within the nursing or behavioral health profession andwithin the context of collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, to improvepatient outcomes and systems of care. The position improves practice andpatient outcomes across the care continuum through implementation ofevidence-based care, consultation, research, education and establishingorganizational standards.

  This position is eligible for relocation assistance, if relocating from 100miles or greater.Department Name: CRRTJob Status: full time, 40 hours per week, eligible for benefitsShift: Generally Monday-Friday daytime however a willingness to support24/7 is necessary

  Qualifications

  Education: Master of Science in Nursing if area of specialty is Nursing.Experience: 5 years clinical and pediatric experience. Previous CRRTexperience strongly preferred.Certification(s):Advanced Life Support (ACLS, PALS) AND/OR other Certification(s)for specific roles may be required within 6 months of hireBasic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American HeartAssociationANCC or Magnet approved clinical specialty or quality/safety focuscertification required.Membership in a professional nursing, behavioral health or health careorganization.Licensure(s): Current Registered Nurse (RN) if area of specialty isNursing. Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) if area of specialty is Behavioral Health.
