We are seeking a Deputy Director of Controls to join our construction management team in Jacksonville, FL. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all program and project financial, schedule, and document controls, as well as client billing and subconsultant contracts and payments.
Additional responsibilities include:
Overseeing all aspects of financial control, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting including Dashboard Update, Schedule Updates, OpsMetric Brief, Quarterly Progress Report (QPR), and Annual Budget.
Managing contracts and purchase orders, direct material purchase orders, payment applications and invoices, and change orders, ensuring they are processed and reported in accordance with the applicable policy and operating procedure including ETC and EAC Project Reviews.
Managing schedule controls, ensuring timelines are adhered to, deadlines are met, and projects stay on track.
Overseeing document controls, making sure all project-related documents are properly stored and accessible.
Regularly reporting status to the Deputy Director of Operations, Program Directors, and client including Weekly Rollup.
Supervising operational aspects of technology, and policy administration/compliance.
Handling client billing, ensuring invoices are sent out on time and payments are received.
Managing payments to subconsultants, ensuring they are paid in accordance with the agreed terms.
Overseeing the internal and external audit processes.

Here's What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Commercial Management, Engineering, or related technical field
At least 10 years of progressive project controls experience with increasing responsibility
Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues
Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and within the client organization
