Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse

　　Job Description: Will perform daily tasks such as patient intake, provide comprehensive patient education and teaching, utilize an EMR system for documentation, telephone triage and patient call-backs, prior authorizations, order diagnostic testing, participates in the research process as appropriate, coordination of treatment plan and follow up, etc.

　　Schedule: Monday-Friday (start time as early at 7AM) and stay until as late as 5PM. Every other weekend and willing to work at least 1 major holiday a year.

　　Qualifications:

　　•Current licensure. State of Connecticut

　　•Minimum of 1-2 years clinical experience as licensed RN (OR/PACU preferred)

　　•Ability to multitask and focus on details

　　•Ability to commute easily between Farmington and other satellite/outreach offices as needed

　　Preferred -

　　•Reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) and/or IVF experience nice to have

　　•BSN nice to have

　　Will be very involved in these patients family planning - should be able to support the patients emotionally
