Qualifications Associates degree inbusiness or related field or equivalent combination of education andexperience Minimum of 2 years related customer service experience withproven customer service skills Advanced understanding of Investment orIncome markets or products (i.e. VA, VL, VUL Retirement or Businessmarkets) A basic understanding of tax implications Advanced written andverbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and handle high volumeof calls/case load with the greatest possible degree of accuracy Strongorganization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
