  Position – Regional Sales Support Specialist

  Territory – Western North America

  Home Base – Western United States (Denver, Phoenix, Dallas, California preferred)

  Travel – 50%

  Summary

  The Regional Sales Support Specialist (RSSS) is responsible for all levels of product support to customers, ES personnel, and ES sales partners. The position supports sales partners and end users with product demonstrations, training, trade shows, and other sales related activities. The position requires the candidate to become an expert in all facets of remote visual inspection. The candidate will be required to learn all details related to the product line as well as applications where our products are used. Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment. The RSSS will work with the product development group to gather input from the field, test products, and offer input. The RSSS will also be responsible for maintaining product specs, and training materials.

  Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned

  Support the entire sales channel with product demonstrations, training, and other related needs.

  Travels to customer locations to complete repairs as directed on an as needed basis

  Maintain product specs for use with public bids

  Assist in developing training materials. (Instructional videos, documents etc.)

  Communicate field feedback related to the ES product line

  Identify needs for product improvement and participate in improvement plans

  Participate in product development projects as needed

  Requirements

  Ability to work with regional sales managers, sales partners, and ES personnel.

  Develop an in-depth knowledge of all ES product lines.

  Ability to communicate detailed information related to ES product lines.

  Become a knowledgeable resource to support the sales channel as well as end users.

  Ability to give presentations related to products and applications.

  Must be competent with computers and software

  Able to resolve customer issues/problems as they arise

  Total Rewards

  The compensation range for this position is $45,400.00 - $68,200.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
