　　We need seasonal help to operate farm equipment and tractors to plant,spray and harvest grain and to haul harvested grain to grain bins andstorage facilities and to apply fertilizer to the fields. Employees willalso need to do infield repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employeeswill also assist with general farm construction work on the buildingproject on the farm. They will use saws, drills, screw guns, nailers andhammers. Employer may provide pay increases for longevity andexperience.
