The position encompasses the effective management, operation, and financial performance of multiple affordable housing properties within the designated region of the CCHS multifamily housing portfolio. This role involves overseeing community managers, and maintaining compliance with affordable housing commitments, with the mission of CCHS in the forefront of all decision-making processes.Responsibilities:Oversees the management of the properties within their portfolio.Supervision of community managers at properties within their portfolio.Responsible for hiring community managers and working with / mentoring Community Managers to ensure that qualified teams represent each property.Works with site staff to ensure properties are maintained at the highest standards in terms of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.Collaborates with site staff to address operational issues and resolve tenant concerns.Develops and manages annual operating budgets for each property within the region.Monitors financial performance, analyzes financial variances, implements corrective actions to meet or exceed budgeted expectations.Identifies cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies.Fosters positive tenant relations through effective communication and prompt resolution of tenant issues.Collaborates with community managers to develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies.Monthly property visits, which includes meeting with site staff, mentoring, walking the property and inspecting vacant units.Monthly meetings with Resident Services and Asset Management, to ensure mission-integration.Identifies and mitigates potential risks related to property management.Works with third-party compliance and the CCHS Compliance Specialist to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local affordable housing regulations and subsidy programs.Provide leadership and guidance to on-site property management teams.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.Generate and analyze reports on property performance, financial metrics, and key performance indicators.Present findings and recommendations to senior management.Perform other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:The following requirements are those that are normally required for the performance of this position.
