　　Designing, building, and deploying solutions, while monitoring systems and developing integrations with other applications.

　　Providing subject matter expertise in design, development, and implementation within the ServiceNow platform, following best practices to minimize customizations and drive continual service improvement.

　　Offering hands-on development support, assisting stakeholders in adopting solutions that drive business outcomes and return on investment in the ServiceNow platform.

　　Generating and maintaining technical design and configuration documents.

　　Staying updated on the latest ServiceNow features and product offerings.

　　Determining optimal ways to leverage tools and techniques such as infrastructure scripting, configuration management, automated testing, and DevOps practices to enhance delivery quality, speed, and overall experience.

　　Providing technical guidance and serving as an escalation point for the production support team.

　　Proactively identifying potential issues, troubleshooting problems, conducting root cause analysis, and delivering appropriate solutions with a focus on understanding up and downstream impacts.
