　　UKG is seeking a full-stack Principal Software Engineer with solid .NET and React/Knockout expertise to play a key role on the Talent Acquisition - Onboarding team! You will be focusing on full-stack development of innovative customer-focused experiences to help the company expand its solutions portfolio.

　　You’ll be working in an agile environment to create a responsive and accessible front-end experience and adapt an existing codebase to develop the APIs to power it. You’ll partner closely with the other software and quality engineers on your team, and with the product managers, analysts, and architects who bring requirements to the table.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　• Develop SaaS enterprise-scale software to maximize performance, scalability, and distributed processing capabilities

　　• Lead technical efforts by designing features and working with the team to ensure the integrity and quality of the implementation

　　• Collaborate outside of the team to align and achieve expected outcomes

　　• Identify, refactor areas of functional and architectural improvement

　　• Leverage leading-edge technological knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends.

　　• Proactively design and plan innovative solutions to solve our most challenging problems

　　• Lead Process improvements across teams (Value streams)

　　• Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services including, working with tech and test leads on system design, build, deployment, and support

　　• Lead troubleshooting and perform root-cause-analysis for system-related issues in Enterprise level software as part of an on-call rotation

　　• Leverage technical experience to mentor engineers

　　Qualifications

　　Requirements:

　　• At least 8 years of experience engaging with software/test engineers on enterprise level software development projects

　　• At least 8 years of experience in using .NET, JavaScript/Typescript, Frontend Frameworks (e.g. React) and Mongo/NoSQL/ElasticSearch

　　• Experience in using messaging broker such as RabbitMQ/Kafka

　　• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

　　• Version control systems and methodologies (GIT preferred)

　　• Strong background in the fundamentals of programming concepts, design patterns, OOP, BDD, TDD

　　• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and public cloud deployment platforms (GCP)

　　• Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　• Domain Compliance experience
