WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Global Specialty Businesses People Team provides services to our internal business partners to help them recruit, retain and develop best possible Global Specialty Businesses (GSB) talent. The function designs and manages all important HR processes for BCG's Global Specialty Businesses (Data & Research Services, Knowledge Team, Design Studio, etc.).
The Regional HR Manager is acting as a thought and business partner for Global Specialty Businesses line managers on all HR matters. You will be managing all local HR processes concerning the employee lifecycle, often in collaboration with our Centers of Excellence, i.e. from onboarding, compensation, employee relationship management, learning and development to conducting exit interviews, and providing expert knowledge on Global Specialty Businesses policies and procedures, primarily in South East Asia where we currently support about 100+ employees in Singapore and other offices in the region; the scope may be extended to other markets and practices.
You will also be working on global, regional, and local projects as part of the Regional and Global People Team. The projects you will support are depending on current business needs. To fully leverage existing knowledge, you will also liaise with Consulting and Business Services Team HR as appropriate.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelors'/ Masters' degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
7 years' experience in HR experience, preferably in a corporate environment
HR knowledge in Singapore is a must, SEA countries preferred; and HR knowledge in Australia and New Zealand is a plus
Fluent English language skills, both written and oral
Experience in HR Operations - End to end employee life cycle management
Proficiency in MS Office products, such as PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel; other tools such as Workday
Ability to work effectively in a global virtual environment, with strong service orientation, teamwork skills
