Evaluate, develop and mentor Business Office Managers (BOMs) to include assistance in hiring and onboarding of all BOMs.Develop and maintain standardized business office processes, documentation standards and electronic systems compliance.Collaborate with CSO and operations regional team to optimize processes and business office results.Collaborate, provide technical expertise and support operations during business office transitions and Community openings.Support BOMs and lead communication strategies during internal and third-party audits evaluating business office functions.Review and audit business office functions and provide comprehensive assessments and/or performance plan recommendations.Oversee and review resident trust fund reconciliation process and perform routine comprehensive compliance audits.Active involvement in collections strategies by community providing industry specific guidance and collection tactics.All private pay (includes applied income and co-insurance) collections at 99%Development and maintenance of training and resource material for community business office functionsZero deficiencies on community trust fund audits and on time monthly trust fund reconciliationsTurnover of business office function team members is within company leadership goal.Due to frequent traveling, Class Drivers License is required.[Background requirements: Case by Case basis; Convictions will not necessarily bar a candidate's employment.]{univers="" lt="" std="" 55",sans-serif"=""}
