　　Job Overview

　　Responsible for directing and administering the Telecommunication program to provide and maintain appropriate telecommunication services for St. Joseph's Healthcare System. Establishes standards and work procedures for the Telecommunication staff in accordance with established policies. Conducts research to improve the technology of the department.

　　Qualifications

　　Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Communications or closely related field and five to seven years of previous work related experience. Work requires analytical ability to collect information from diverse sources and apply professional principles in performing various analyses, and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems.
