About This Role:
The Peoplesoft Systems Developer will provide development and end usersupport for our Peoplesoft products (CS and HCM), uAchieve (DARs), andSevis processing. In this highly collaborative environment, this unitthrives on providing creative, innovative, and timely solutions for ourcampus Peoplesoft users. Job Responsibilities:
Develop solutions and provide day-to-day direct operational support,troubleshooting, and innovative problem solving for our campusenterprise systems.Participates in design and code reviews, testing and deploymentactivities.Ensure development work meets business requirements, technicalrequirements, and data structure specifications as provided byanalysts and architects.Follow established change management processes to migrate changes toproduction environments.Consistent ability to analyze issues and determine or recommendappropriate actions for resolution.Monitor ticket assignments and ensure prioritizations align withdivisions\' priorities as established by the Director of ApplicationServices and Information Technology Executive LeadershipStays current with best practices in software development andapplies new technology/processes where appropriate.Contribute to a highly collaborative environment with functionaloffices, application developers, data operations, businessintelligence, and vendors.Focuses on creative efforts to facilitate improvements and effectchange.Meet performance standards in accordance with service levelagreements set by the information technology executive leadershipteam.Participate as needed in the design, testing, and implementation ofapplications and systems.Ability to interact respectfully with people from diversesocioeconomic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds.Provide backup support and assistance to other team members.Meet deadlines and ensure work is complete and accurate.Document and communicate changes, issues, and investigations.Explores new technologies, tools, and techniques and works with theteam and with leadership to continue to evolve our technology stack.Why Join Us:
