Our facility is a combination of Assisted Living and Memory Care Units, with a total size of 65 total units. Located at:Little Falls, MN Shifts Available:Full Time or Part Time AM (6 am - 2 pm) and PM (2 pm - 10 pm) HHA Wage:$17.00-$22.00 wage is based on experience Shift Differential:$1 for PM and $2 for NOC Are you compassionate towards others? In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare. Positive, compassionate attitude. Strong customer service and communication skills.
