The opportunity

We are a team of seven people located across Sweden looking for a new colleague in East Sweden/Stockholm area. Your main responsibility will be to analyze the market in the regions of your responsibility (Stockholm, Södermanland, Uppsala, Örebro, Gävleborg, Dalarna and Gotland) set up a strategic business plan and execute on it. You will meet with regional payers and decision makers (e.g. head of a clinic, drug budget owner in a region) and provide them with solutions that will cut their drug budgets while maintaining access to high-quality medicine for the patients. You will work with pharmaceuticals from several therapeutic areas – nephrology, hematology and transplant.
In order to be successful in the role as a Regional Business Lead you need to be analytical, outgoing and sales oriented. We are looking for someone who is a fast learner and enjoy challenges.
You will be home-based but have the possibility to meet Teva colleagues at our Stockholm office. The head office is in Helsingborg, to which you will be travelling once monthly.

How you’ll spend your day
Analyze the market to understand and develop detailed, regional business plans based upon national strategy, market situation and customer needs.
Identify focus areas, stakeholders and relevant activities.
Proactive planning, implementation and follow up of regional business plans
Map and continuously update target customers and decision-making units for the business.
Proactive analysis of market changes, competition movements and developing appropriate counteractions
Use various channels (digital and face-to-face meetings) to establish, maintain contact, generate advocacy with key stakeholders, and target customers.
Your experience and qualifications
Relevant university degree e.g. within medicine, pharmacy or engineering
Prior experience from the healthcare sector (clinical praxis, pharmacy, administrative position in a region, pharma, etc)
Prior experience with multichannel marketing and working with digital platforms and tools is an advantage
Prior experience in the therapeutic areas of nephrology, hematology, and transplant is an advantage
Authorization (by LIF) to inform about medicinal products is an advantage
Your competencies and skills
Customer oriented
State of the art in relationship building
Good understanding of the Swedish health care system
Quick grasp of comprehensive data; ability to obtain and understand information within short time periods
Ability to turn business opportunities into co-operative projects with the customers and be instrumental in implementing these
Ability to manage negotiations with different parties
Ability to work independently and to implement a plan.
A real team player – full cooperation and synergy with other members of the team
Good administrative skills with a structured and well-organized way of managing your area of responsibility
Fluency in Swedish and English
Microsoft Office proficiency – high level
Driver’s license
Travel requirements
You will be required to travel 1-3 days per week, mainly within regions of responsibility but also to other locations in Sweden.
