　　Position Overview:

　　This role will support the integration of specialty services into independent general and pediatric dental offices. The Dental Assistant serves to support and provide on-site training to enhance office efficiency and workflow in preparation for specialty production days.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Serve as an Orthodontic assistant to support reties, bondings and aligners

　　Implement changes and provide education and feedback to providers, departments and offices in relation to denials that impact revenue

　　Demonstrate exceptional integrity and composure with patients, staff and specialists

　　Corresponding with patients, if requested, that have any questions about treatment

　　Qualifications:

　　Experience with orthodontic assisting required

　　Comfortable with presenting dental information to patients

　　Licensed RDA

　　Shift: 8hrs a day

　　Job Type: Part-time

　　Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
