Our client, a global investment management firm, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their NYC team. The hours are 8am-6pm (need 24/7 mentality to handle emails after hours) and this role is hybrid with two to three days in the office per week.
Responsibilities:Handle scheduling for all of the non-investment team interviewsReport directly to the head of tech recruitingFacilitate scheduling for 30-50 roles each yearManage the recruitment process including scheduling, pre-hire assessments, background checks, and dataMaintain CRM systemsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree required2-10+ years of experience in a relevant roleScheduling pro able to operate in a fast-paced environmentFastidious attention to detailCompensation/Benefits:Up to $80K-110K base depending on experience Competitive benefits packageBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
