JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the maintenance of recruiting database:
Input candidate information for all resumes as required.
Download all relevant candidate documents into the database.
Update and maintain candidate records throughout the recruiting process.
Assist with maintenance of interviewer bio card file
Conciliation between Recruiting and Admissions systems
Support the tracking analysis of candidate's pipeline by school, gender, geography, step of
the process.
Generate interview summary reports
Support of recruiting process:
Set up and manage interview schedules with candidates and interviewers.
Create and distribute candidate & interviewer packets.
Ensure all interview results are completed and uploaded into the database.
Meet and greet students on interviewing days.
Prepare interview days, flights and schedules of interviewers and candidate.
Track new interviewer pipeline; kick-off of case creation, shadow and case-validation.
Update and maintain candidate records throughout the recruiting process.
Support tests creation for each recruiting cycle of As & Interns.
Ensure all interview results are completed and uploaded into the database.
Other marketing-related duties:
Prepare materials for marketing events (nametags, giveaways and other marketing materials).
Manage and track RSVPs; attend events as needed (marketing events and interview days).
Represent BCG to students at recruiting events.
Responsible for book rooms, buffets and hotels for the recruiting events.
Support recruiting events; catering, room bookings, invitations, materials.
Organize events to prepare candidates for the process crack the case, crack the test).
Other miscellaneous duties:
Respond to candidate inquiries via phone and e-mail.
Initiate and process candidate reimbursements.
Produce correspondence, slide presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
Monitor stock levels of recruiting supplies and marketing materials; order and maintain additional supplies as needed.
Assist Diversity teams with presentations and events.
Correct and register tests in recruiting cycles.
Other special projects as necessary

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Adm or HR related areas
Computer and database skills (Office experience strongly preferred.)
