About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Recruiter who will be part of the Talent Acquisition team specifically under Sourcing.
In this role, you will:Participate in recruiting and selecting professional and managerial individuals from internal and external sourcesPlan and conduct innovative employment advertising campaigns to recruit candidates and develop effective working relationships with professional recruitment agencies, schools and all levels of internal managementReview and analyze selected candidates on various factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilitiesEnsure a positive candidate experience by providing status updates and information on the companyAdminister tests and interpret resultsConsult with more experienced managers on sourcing strategy, and engages in direct candidate sourcing activitiesPlan the selection process including competencies to assess and interviewersConsult on selection decision and offers, frequently involving complex terms and conditions as well as providing strong consultation to management on recruiting and Human Resources policyComplete all process requirements including dispositioning candidates, and ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirementsManage external research, contingency or retained search firmsPresent recommendations for selected candidates to Recruiting management, direct them through the hiring process, and consult with hiring managers in assigned groupsOrganize recruiting events such as presentations, receptions, club events, and interviews, effectively branding the organization to attract top talentComplete all process requirements, including dispositioning candidates and ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirementsCollaborate and consult with colleagues, internal partners and managers regarding the recruitment processPartner with other campus recruiters to leverage candidate pool for needs nationwideRequired Qualifications:2+ years of Recruiting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Candidate must be a graduate of any bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from any program and from any reputable university.Candidate must have at least 6 - 8 years of total work experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition specifically in sourcing.Must have the ability to work effectively and independently with comfort with ambiguity and an orientation towards change.Must have the ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels.Candidate must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with strategic business focus and vision.Candidate must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Job Expectations:Candidates must be willing to work on mid-shift / based on business requirement and be located at McKinley Hill, Taguig City.Posting End Date:
