We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish Receptionist in North Miami, Florida. This role primarily involves managing a multi-line phone system, providing customer service, and handling data entry and email correspondence.

Responsibilities:

• Operate multi-line phone system effectively to respond to incoming calls and redirect them as necessary.

• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues and answering queries professionally and courteously.

• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is recorded accurately and up-to-date.

• Manage email correspondence, responding promptly to incoming emails and ensuring clear and effective communication with both internal and external parties.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word effectively for various administrative tasks.

• Organize files systematically for easy retrieval and efficient record-keeping.

• Schedule appointments accurately, avoiding conflicts and ensuring smooth operations.

• Utilize interpersonal skills to interact professionally with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system is essential.

• Must have exceptional customer service skills.

• Adept at data entry tasks.

• Able to handle email correspondence efficiently.

• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.

•Must be bilingual Spanish

• Must be skilled in using Microsoft Outlook.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is a necessity.

• Should be able to organize files systematically.

• Capable of scheduling appointments effectively.
