　　What will I be doing?

　　Asa Journey Ambassador, specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

　　·To manage guest experience by exceeding their expectations providing high quality service.

　　·Engages with guests in conversation and recognition, and is fully empowered to resolve any guest issue immediately.

　　·Escorts VIP guests to accommodations.Coordinates with Front Desk staff regarding daily VIP arrivals and special guests. Also identifies past guests with service recovery and/or with special needs. Communicates regularly with guests to ensure they are enjoying their stay.

　　··Promotes the hotel by demonstrating high level of positive attitude and energy to serve our guests and share messages.

　　··Constant awareness of all important functions occurring in the hotel in order to direct and assist guests.

　　··Responds to inquiries with accurate information regarding hotel features, services and assistance.Knowledgeable with daily functions, VIPs, and any other special event occurring in or pertaining to the hotel.

　　··Provides clear and understandable directions to hotel facilities and nearby attractions.

　　··Manages lines of guests waiting for any outlet or service in the hotel by engaging them individually and identifying if their needs can be better served.

　　··Maintain and oversee daily neatness and cleanliness the hotel lobby.

　　··Promotes hotel outlets and high category rooms for creating additional revenue for the hotel.

　　··Undertakes any other task that is assigned by the FO Manager and Guest Relations Managers

　　··Performs other duties assigned by his/her supervisor.

　　··Knows how to use Front Office related technical equipment
