Coachmen RV by Camping World in Onalaska WI is currently seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Receptionist to join our busy team! You will be a key contributor to providing a meaningful customer experience. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of demonstrating internal and external customer service with a desire to grow within our organization. What You’ll Do:

First point of customers via phone and in-person

Provide excellent internal and external customer service

Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is accurate

Oversee customer lounge is clean and well-stocked

Provide assistance to Sales, Service and Retail teams with clerical responsibilities

Check in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team member(s)

Coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls

What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:

High School education or equivalent

Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred

Ideally past administrative or clerical experience, open to hospitality and restaurant backgrounds

Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word

Ability to proactively multitask with integrity

Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills

Strong ability to take initiative, coupled with leadership skills and the ability to take charge of a situation

Ability to work 40 hours with one weekend day per week

May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices

Pay Range:

$14.00-$16.33 Hourly
