A Day in the Life:
This position is a key point in the implementation and execution arm of supporting the Pricing organization on the Rates and Sales Services team. This position will have a primary focus of implementing programs and rates for any product that is CDP, IT, PC or Leisure driven.
The rate for this position is $20 an hour.
What You’ll Do:
This position will support Sales and Marketing with the implementation of contractual and marketing programs and Revenue Management and Operations with the implementation of leisure programs within predetermined time frames.
ensures rates and rate codes are built into the various Hertz systems to enable revenue generation.
build and maintain contracts and CDPID’s in Sales Systems, RAM and RMS to support all CDP driven program (Commercial, Government, Association, Insurance Replacement, Entertainment Services, Marketing).
build and maintain Tour programs in Tour Master File, ServiceNow, RAM and RMS to support all Tour (IT) programs.
build and maintain Promotion codes and TMD Rates in RAM, RMS and Res Maintenance to support all PC driven programs.
log, review, and prepare all types of contracts for implementation. Verify input, compliance, and audit information.
meet or exceed product Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and department productivity standards.
generate and distribute reports as necessary and provide general support to the Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations and Pricing departments as needed.
communicate effectively with other stakeholders (Sales Field, Manager, Lead, Pricing, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
High school Diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s level degree or Four-year college degree strongly preferred.
Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong communication, data entry, and analytical skills
Must be extremely detail oriented
Knowledge of Sales Systems, RAM, PC Excalibur and RMS strongly preferred
Knowledge of CDPID’s, Tours, PC’s and Rates strongly preferred
Must be able to work independently as well as on a team.
