We are seeking a Marine Detailers with experience in the marine industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning, polishing, and maintaining yachts, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to their work.

Responsibilities:* Teak cleaning and maintenance* Cleaning anchor lockers and exterior compartments* Maintaining and cleaning yacht cushions, covers, and aft shower heads* Upkeeping the garage and engine room* Caring for the tender and shore power cords* Cleaning exterior sinks, grills, windows, and ceilings as needed* Maintaining fenders, hull sides, and water lines* Cleaning exterior refrigerators and ice makers* Polishing surfaces by hand* Polishing surfaces with a machine buffer using compound, polish, wax, and other substances.

?Requirements:* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the nautical cleaning industry* Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail* Spanish, Russian, and Portuguese speakers welcome;* Experience with boat detailing and products* Affinity with high end products, eye for detail and appreciation of preciousness and care.* Car is a must - Work ethics and able to pass a background check - agree on 90 day probation period and fluctuating working hours (40+ per week)* Proactive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
