　　An exciting opportunity has arisen for Senior Executive - UAEN to join the Business Excellence team in Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

　　The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

　　Develop and execute business excellence strategies in alignment with the hotel's overall objectives.

　　Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives and ensure the successful implementation of business excellence programs.

　　Monitor and evaluate service quality and guest satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.

　　Implement and maintain quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

　　Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for cost reduction.

　　Implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

　　Collaborate with various departments to ensure the integration of business excellence principles in all aspects of hotel operations.

　　Engage with guests, suppliers, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.

　　Collect and analyze data to assess performance against key business metrics.

　　Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the progress of business excellence initiatives.

　　About You:

　　The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

　　At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

　　Strong understanding of quality management systems and operational excellence principles.

　　Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

　　Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools.

　　Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

　　Attention to detail and quality orientation.

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

　　Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage with various stakeholders.
