MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:1. Graduate of AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.2. Must have West Virginia State Licensure and ARRT.3. CPR certification required.

Responsible for performing radiographic examinations on in-patients, out-patients and emergency room patients.Responsible for instructing patients and staff regarding correct procedures and preparation for those procedures.Responsible for maintaining readiness of x-ray rooms.Responsible for assisting radiologist in performing diagnostic examinations.Responsible for performing quality control duties as scheduled.Responsible for practicing good radiation protection.Responsible for operation CR system and making sure exams are sent to PACS for interpretation.Must be able to demonstrate clinical skills (i.e. catherizations, injection of contrast media, sterile techniques)Upon completion of exam, all paperwork is finished that deals with patient.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
