Job Description:

　　The Electroneurdiagnostic Technologist performs standard electroencephalographic examinations and nerve conduction studies for patients of all ages according to established standards set by ASET, AANEM and Essentia Health under the guidance of a Neurologist.

　　Education Qualifications:

　　Educational Requirement:

　　Graduate of an accredited institution for Neurodiagnostic Technology or equivalent on the job training OR Completion of Essentia Health employer- based, on the job training, for the Neurodiagnostic Technologist Preferred Qualifications:

　　Previous EEG and NCV experience in an acute hospital setting or ambulatory care setting preferredLicensure/Certification Qualifications:

　　Certification/Licensure Requirements:

　　Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 3 months from date of hireCurrent Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist certification or must obtain within 3 years of hire or transfer date

　　Current Certified Nerve Conduction Technologist (CNCT) or Registered Nerve Conduction Technologist certification (RNCTC) or must obtain within 2 years of hire or transfer dateFTE

　　The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
