　　Maxar is excited to have a Skillbridge participant join our organization andimpact our missions that have global reach by becoming a RF Discovery Analyst.

　　The RF Discovery Analyst will:

　　Analyze raw I/Q data, focusing on identifying and characterizing RFemissions deviating from expected wireless protocol baselines.

　　Develop and test hypotheses on the origin and purpose of anomalous RFemissions found in Aurora Insight raw I/Q.

　　Manually extract RF parameters of emissions of interest to develop a baselineand identify subsequent deviations.

　　Develop a system to catalog anomalous RF emissions found in Aurora Insight rawI/Q.

　　Work with data science team to develop algorithms to automatically identifyanomalous RF activity of interest.

　　Produce logical and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments,and studies.

　　Required Skills:

　　Proficient in analysis and manipulation of RF emissions in spectrograms.

　　At least eight years hands-on experience as an RF analyst, with strongTECHELINT or TECHSIGINT experience.

　　Understanding of orbital regimes and their impact on space-based RFcollection.

　　Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of other intelligencedisciplines.

　　Ability to generate informed hypotheses on type of emitter based on observedRF parameters.

　　Understanding of RF characteristics associated with both intentional andunintentional RF interference.

　　Ability to leverage all available tools to research RF emitters.

　　TS clearance with SCI eligibility

　　Additional helpful skills:

　　Knowledge of trade-offs between various RF raw data set formats.

　　Knowledge of wireless communication standards and protocols.

　　Ability to bring non-RF information sources to bear to increase the quality ofinferences regarding the source of RF emissions.

　　Programming training and/or experience with a working knowledge of Python asignificant plus.

　　Experience in COMEXT or FISINT.

　　Salary Range: ($84,000-140,000)

　　Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility.Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate's unique set ofknowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potentialcommensurate with experience. The range for this position is:
