　　What You'll Be Doing:

　　Data entry of customer quotes (does not create quotes, only enters and prepared the data).Scrubbing of part numbers for accuracy.Monitor quote process daily.Communicate quote status on customer due date and advise sales to markup quote for customer.Monitor pending quote items for completion, notify sales for markup, download into customer format, and prepare for sending.Support sales team with specific tasks.

　　What We Are Looking For:

　　Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1- 2 years of experience or equivalent related experience.Industrial, Electronic, or Systems Engineering education and/or experience preferred, but not required.Advanced application of Microsoft Excel (Visual Basic preferred), database experience.Ability to communicate fluently in English.

　　$16,816.67 - $22,000.00 MXN Monthly

　　Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
