　　All training will take place on 1st shift and then individuals will be movedto their assigned shift.

　　How YOU will make an impact:

　　Daily inspection of plastic parts to ensure conformity to company engineeringand quality standards.Cross trains as a back-up to the Associate Quality Control Specialist whenthere are specific labor shortages.Effectively communicates quality issues to other functions when observationsare observed during Work-In Process Incoming and Assembly inspections.Conduct multiple visual and/or dimensional inspections of parts from allappropriate molding cells, daily.Other duties as assigned and as stated in the full job description.

　　You'll also need to be able to:

　　Apply company quality standards and make appropriate evaluation of allproducts.Work in a manufacturing environment where the employee is regularly exposed tomoving mechanical parts.Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardizedsituations.Wear protective gloves and equipment to handle parts when applicable.Functional understanding of Microsoft Office suite.Maintain a consistent, positive attitude and approach to adversity andchallenges.Provide suggestions for and support continuous improvement activities withinthe department

　　Qualifications to be successful:

　　GED or High School diploma required.Associates degree in a specialized field such as science or technology withapproximately 1 year of experience in a quality control/assurance role.Prior QA experience preferred.Well developed written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read andcomprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Abilityto write short correspondence.Experience working in the injection molding industry.

　　SAFE & clean environmentDress Code - Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required. For those workingin the Clean Room, additional gowning is required and will be provided, daily.You'll be working around large machines forklifts and welders.Climate control temperatures and all work is conducted inside.
