　　Job Purpose Summary

　　We are seeking a QC Inspector with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment to join our team. You will support the Quality Assurance functions related to management of the Quality Management System and Production Process Control.What you will do

　　Perform Inspection (Receiving, In-Process, Final Inspection) on components using precision measuring equipment per engineer drawings, SOP’s, and Work Instructions.

　　Receiving Inspection on Raw Material.

　　Assists in on-the-job training for new employees.

　　Aid in problem-solving on the Manufacturing Floor.

　　Review all documentation prior to job closing and shipment.

　　Review parts that have been segregated as possibly non-conforming.

　　Monitors all programs to make sure they follow blueprint instructions and safely and successfully complete the task.

　　Complies with all safety rules and regulations.

　　Other duties as required by Management.

　　ACCOUNTABILITIES/PERFORMANCE CRITERIA:

　　95% or better on-time delivery.

　　Year-over-year improvement in scrap and vendor performance.

　　Year-over-year improvement in complaints and non-conformances.

　　Year-over-year improvement in audit results.

　　What you will need

　　Must have excellent time management skills.

　　Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Must be highly detail oriented.

　　Must have the ability to read blueprints.

　　Quality Control Inspection: 2 years (Preferred).
