　　Responsibilities:

　　Represents the Quality on Focus Factory level

　　Leading of Customer and Production Quality Engineers

　　Respresents customer needs towards the entire organization

　　Motivates, retains and ensures systematic follow-up on personal development and target achievment for his/her direct reports,

　　Sets the personal targets and objectives for his/her organization

　　Gives input to the plant strategy definition

　　Responsible for the annual planning of resources

　　Drives the daily operation in his/her area of responsibility

　　Contributes to the continous improvement of the plant processes

　　Ensures the planning of quality activities for change management: PPAP, Control-Plan, related Quality documents and Customer communication

　　Ensures and supports the process control execution and monitor effectiveness

　　Responsible for communication towards customers and internal/external parties

　　Ensures the Quality Assurance Plan and Execution

　　Identification of Quality problems, working out a plan to solve them

　　Requirements:

　　Degree in Quality Management or any related Engineering field

　　At least 5 years of relevant experience

　　Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements

　　Knowledge of Quality and Project Management tools

　　Knowledge of Problem Solving Methodologies

　　Communication and presentation skills

　　Command of English language
