In this exciting role as a Sr. In House Repair Manager, the positional responsibility encompasses people management and development, delivering outstanding customer service, deliver repair/refurbished products meeting high level technical repair and quality standards, implementing continuous improvement programs, and maintaining strong links to the entire service organization and other functional stakeholders.
This position will report to the Americas Director of Depots and is responsible for global support of Neuromodulation/Pelvic Health and Cardiovascular depot repair activities.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
·Directs the coordination of technical and administrative support activities for an established company repair site(s) or service center.·Manages individuals performing repair, planned maintenance and service, and engineering change upgrades for products.·Ensures adequate records and systems are maintained.·Schedules personnel responding to critical situations.·Maintains communication with design management and specialists in resolving technical problems and/or bringing problems to the design department's attention.·Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.·Ensures all critical key performance indicators are met.·Makes budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect laborMust Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience
Nice to Have
5-10 years of experience supporting manufacturing or service and repair line operations.
Proven Communication skills.
Record of Lean Continuous Improvement.

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
