For a manufacturer of specialty electronics assembly materials (Indium Corporation of America - Clinton, NY): responsible for understanding processes and implementing appropriate process controls ensuring that the quality of all Indium Corporation’s products meet customer requirements. Partner with other engineers and operations staff to meet quality objectives; reduce process variation, and data analysis methods, implementing data driven corrective actions; incorporating the appropriate analysis and use of data based on findings from designed experiments; document procedures per ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949, perform the development and preparation of PPAP, support company facilities with testing, planning processes and product validation, monitor and maintain quality metrics; collaborate with other quality department staff; manage multiple projects simultaneously, deliver timely results; and perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in a science-based technical field, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

　　6 months of experience in the job offered or 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment. The required experience must include production support, equipment needs, repairs and trouble-shooting, production process and workflow improvements.

　　Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma methodologies, DOE and data analysis.

　　Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and OneNote.

　　Work Location: Utica, NY.

　　Hours: 40 per week – Monday through Friday.

　　Salary: $75,000
