Business Program Manager

Opportunity
As the Business Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to build the strategy for the Kitchen & Bath North America (KBNA) Commercial Development Program (Sales & Marketing) by collaborating with key business stakeholders across sales and marketing in the US. You will identify and ensure the alignment of the program goals with corporate leadership programs and business needs. Identify the talent and the content needed to build the talent pipeline for commercial functions within KBNA. You'll demonstrate your creativity and leadership coaching skills by nurturing a program that helps early-career associates onboard, build, and grow their skills to ensure success and career growth.
Specific Responsibilities
•Lead the vision and mission for KBNA Commercial Development Program.
•Partner with Early Talent to build a sustainable and scalable Commercial Development Program, designed to attract, retain, and engage world class talent.
•Partner with Early Talent to align and provide feedback on the recruiting strategy to drive the right talent to the program.
•Leverage creative ways to onboard and engage program participants, including coordinating speakers from the business, hosting career workshops, arranging site visits, etc.
•Develop onboarding plans for team members entering the organization as part of a broader cohort as well as those hired off-cycle to fill vacancies.
•Provide ongoing coaching to program participants to ensure a continuous learning environment and culture through the duration of their on-program experience.
•In partnership with Kohler Talent COE, define, develop, and deliver world class learning programs that are experiential, drive behavior, and increase enablement and performance within KBNA.
•Develop program curriculum, content, tools, and processes to build leadership capability in alignment with organizational business objectives.
•Develop function-specific content in partnership with learning design experts to create a holistic programmatic experience.
•Identify and measure meaningful assignments, managers, and mentors to support on the job learning for program participants.
•Evaluate the business impact of learning programs through use of performance metrics/trends and present these to leadership.
•Assist in the definition of performance along with ongoing coaching to nurture a continuous learning model.
•Proactively understand and integrate KBNA commercial team talent needs with program participant career interests, strengths, and aspirations
•Generate and produce timely reporting of key metrics and performance indicators to drive decisions and inform leadership on processes and programs.
•Collaborate and be a strategic thought partner with stakeholders and business partners across commercial functions to proactively meet business needs.
•Develop assessment approaches that allow us to identify, scale, and repeat success factors.
•Cultivate a community of program graduates and provide opportunities for alumni’s to regularly engage with current program participants.
Skills/Requirements
•8+ years (combined) in an enablement, leadership development, sales, or delivery role.
•5 years in program management or development
•2 years of direct or indirect people leadership and coaching experience
•A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
•Exposure to or experience on a rotational leadership development program
•Field Sales experience preferred.
•Internal Kohler Co Experience and Business Knowledge preferred.
•Experience managing cross-functional partnerships.
•Ability to use data analysis to drive recommendations.
•Excellent collaboration skills
•Effective written and verbal communication skills
Travel
Willing to travel up to 25%

The salary range for this position is $99,700 - $127,050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
