What you will do:
Print, organize, and fold outgoing mail of verifications generated by QC Processors Open, organize, and scan all incoming verification mail to network for QC Processing team.Use ACES audit system for unidentified returns and track issues for QC Processors Complete check requests from QC Processors, order from accounts payable, and maintain check request spreadsheet.Receive check requests from accounts payable, reconcile, and send out in the mail QC Processing letters to financial institutions.Collaborate with QC Processing Supervisors on address issues or discrepancies with letters created by QC Processors Work with accounting on outdated outstanding items that need to be addressed (old checks that have not been cashed) Manage office supplies and equipment for copy paper, envelopes, and printer ink.Work with machine vendors on malfunctions to resolve necessary repairs.All other duties assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have:
High School Diploma Detail orientation Organizational skills Data entry skills Communication skills written and verbal.Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Additional Information
For California, Colorado, New York and Washington: The compensation range for this role is $14.75/hour to $27.75/hour. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
