　　What will you do

　　The Quality & Compliance Sr. Analyst will be responsible for supporting and leading the adequacy and maintenance of the compliance state of Kenvue´s Pharma plant, located in São José dos Campos – SP. This analyst will ensure the compliance of the processes in the manufacturing plants, Quality Assurance and Quality Control towards regulatory and / or internal requirements. This professional must demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet deadlines, good interpersonal relationships when interacting with partners and co-workers, in addition to demonstrating good skills in people management and knowledge of quality tools.

　　Responsibilitieso Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements for all GXP processes.

　　o Support and drive the team on the audit readiness / compliance state maintenance process.

　　o Support all areas on the risk identification and mitigation related to GxP processes.

　　o Lead and support all areas at the implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to all GxP processes.

　　o Support the internal / external audits and participate as quality representative in projects as well.

　　Qualifications

　　What we are looking for

　　Required Qualificationso Bachelor´s degree in pharmacy, chemistry, chemistry engineering, biology or other related area.

　　o At least 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance at pharmaceutical companies.

　　o Advanced English.

　　o Quality processes and tools knowledge as KPIs, nonconformance, change control, audits, documents/records management and trainings.

　　Desired Qualificationso Spanish

　　o Project Management skills

　　o Quality Control knowledge
