Description

Will be responsible for monitoring program compliance by conducting quality assurance reviews of client and provider files, providing feedback to program managers, and recommending process improvements. Must maintain utmost levels of confidentiality.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Schedule and conduct quality assurance reviews of client and provider files.

Review files for compliance with contract and agency requirements. Ensure accuracy and completeness of information.

Validate documentation submitted within specific periods in accordance with contract requirements and department standards.

Input results into technology platform (database).

Identify problem areas if any and help develop solutions.

Report results of reviews to Supervisor and participate in problem solving work related to areas of concern.

Participate in work groups, committees, and ad hoc groups.
