Individual who has hands on experience with a focus on numbers and querying databases to build out usecases and dashboards.
Knowledge and Skills:
Analyzing customer data to better understand customers
Leverage the customer data to create segments for targeting and experimentation
Enrich the customer data with firmographic and intent data
Evaluate cross-sell, loyalty and retention programs
Evaluate marketing performance
Provide subject matter expertise on CDP
SMB business experience and SQL are all nice to have but the core is still “Customer Analytics and someone with experience with analyzing customer data to improve performance”
