SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Regularly interacting with critical internal and external stakeholdersManaging and maintaining the Acting Chief Financial Officer's schedulePreparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing,spreadsheet, database, and presentation softwareCoordinating services such as records, employee, and client account set-upGreeting and directing visitors, incoming phone calls, and correspondences to theappropriate parties as warranted, and preparing responses to routine inquiriesPreparing agendas and plans, such as coordinating retreats, events, meetings, andcatering for REDCO, the board, and community facing activitiesConducting research, compiling data, and preparing papers and presentations forconsideration by senior leadership, the board, and relevant external stakeholdersPerforming general office duties, such as ordering supplies, and maintaining recordsand management database systemsCompiling, transcribing, and distributing meeting minutesHandling sensitive information and ensuring strict confidentiality in all mattersPerforming other duties as assigned
