　　What you will be doing:

　　The QC Laboratory Support position aids the daily activities of the GMP QC laboratories at the cell therapies manufacturing facility (CTMF)

　　The QC Laboratory Support serves as a key resource for QC management, providing flexible cross-discipline support for Analytical equipment operation, cleaning, maintenance, and data management within the cell therapy manufacturing facility.

　　The QC Laboratory Support collaborates regularly with QC management to identify and address any workflow bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or opportunities for process improvement in the QC and/or EM labs.

　　Perform daily Analytical equipment operation, cleaning, maintenance, and data management.

　　Perform daily lab support operation activities (e.g. material inventory and replenishment, kitting, labelling, biohazardous waste removal and QC documentation) to ensure availability of samples, materials and documentation for QC Labs to meet operational testing standards.

　　Support sample shipment to external labs: labelling, documentation, submission forms, coordination with stakeholders.

　　Support incoming materials for QC laboratories, pick up, labelling, documentation, logbooks.

　　Perform and schedule Bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly cleaning of equipment in QC Lab.

　　Support QC documentation, from recording, writing, drafting, reviewing, printing, organizing and archiving as required.

　　You are:

　　Bachelor's Degree in relevant Life Sciences discipline or equivalent

　　Highly proficient in digital systems and affinity to understand software concept.

　　Must be proficient in English writing and communication

　　Must be proficient in use of digital systems

　　Must be able to follow laboratory instructions and techniques

　　Must be highly skilled in pipetting

　　Required to work with biohazardous and hazardous material

　　Must be very reliable and have the flexibility on occasions to work after hours, including weekends, as needed

　　Must be on-site full time, Cambridge, MA

　　GMP experience is a plus
