　　SECURITY CLEARANCE:

　　Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Conducts documentation planning including customer needs analysis, scope definition, project planning and coordination, and scheduling for projects of advanced complexity that require alternate approaches and recommendations.Designs, develops, and produces technical schematics, flowcharts, graphics, and other visuals including photographs and videos to support various document projects.Assists in preparing scope of work for outside consultants and may participate in the evaluation of consultant proposals.Edits material prepared by other writers.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Performs other related Technical Writer job duties as required.EXPERIENCE:

　　Ten (10) years of experience with a Master's degree or fourteen (14) years of experience with a Bachelor's degree. Experience must be in creating, editing, and reviewing technical documentation, procedures, and guidelines for C4ISR or similar systems.EDUCATION:
