About Shift Supervisor

　　At Biewer of Lansing, we take pride in the continuous evolution of our Company. We are searching for experienced supervisors for all shifts to help guide our team and reinforce our Company's mission of being the #1 choice for wood product solutions.

　　Packaging Supervisor - Monday to Thursday / 6AM - 4PMLoading Supervisor - Monday to Friday / 3PM - 11PMTreating Supervisor - Monday - Thursday / 8PM - 6AM

　　Accountabilities

　　Ensure all employees are following the plant's safety rules.Evaluate personnel on a yearly basis.Coaching and training personnel on plant procedures.Assisting team leads on coaching employees.Attend weekly Level 10 meetings, department meetings and daily production meetings.Daily AuditsResponsible for yard organization and cleanliness.Conducts all injury/incident investigations with the management.Monitors and maintains quality and proper packaging specs.Open communication with Management regarding production goals.
