About the Position: This position is located with the U.S. Army Sustainment Command, 407th Army Field Support Brigade, Logistics Readiness Center, in Fort Carson, Colorado. Responsibilities Survey contractor compliance with procedures, statements of work, and regulatory guidance. Assist in the writing of surveillance plans and checklist. Evaluate field support level maintenance services, and retail and national level supply operations performed for maintenance programs. Analyze and evaluate performance of contractors to determine if performance complies with standards. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Applying various methods and/or techniques for investigating, analyzing, and/or effecting corrective action on complex quality assurance issues, principles, practices, and/or procedures; 2) Analyzing quality data to detect unsatisfactory trends and/or weaknesses in the quality/inspection system; 3) Coordinating with various stakeholders during audits and/or studies; and 4) Providing guidance and/or direction to personnel. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
