Job Description

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Travel Requirement:0-25%; domestic
Typical task breakdown:
- Work within SBT to conduct walk-backs for Quality issues withinassigned Value Stream. This position is required to implement the IdeaGeneration Process and Corrective and Preventive action processes byclarifying and verifying all ideas with related persons and spot check,explain the validation reasons, and encourage all employees to makecontributions to achieve zero defect in operations.
- This position is required to work with all employees to improvequality practices in their processes through quality manner such asdaily coaching, tracking CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) projects &Scorecard, providing quality support if any poor results or negativetrends occur, developing IQC training programs, providing trainingcourses of quality specifications to employees, conducting internalquality audits, facilitating management reviews, etc.

Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-5 years Previous Quality Engineer Experience
Technical Skills
(Required)
- Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical andproblem solving ability.
- Team player and detail oriented. Basic ability to read and interpretblueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generatedreports.
- Previous experience with computer applications and software relatedto engineering field, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD)
