　　What you will be doing:

　　Establish, document and implement quality control procedures to ensure the quality of manufactured products.

　　Review drawings, procedures, test data and inspection records to specifications.

　　Provide vendor evaluations and audits, purchase requisition reviews, nonconformance reporting and related Material Review Board functions.

　　Perform source inspection of purchased goods and services.

　　Process routers and final documentation needed to meet project needs.

　　Support in-house AS9100 / ISO 9001 Quality Management System activities and interface directly with the QC inspection team to perform product inspection and acceptance.

　　Apply statistical methods and controls to enhance quality control of products and processes.

　　Participate in and/or conduct internal audits for compliance to written procedures.

　　Develop and maintain product documentation packages needed for customer review and approval.

　　Interface with customer representatives to conduct routine project activities.

　　What you bring to the table:

　　BS degree in Engineering and 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering in a manufacturing environment.

　　Thorough knowledge of and experience with an AS9100 or ISO 9001 Quality Management System and its application.

　　Experience with assembly and manufacturing process and skilled in the use of various measurement devices including coordinate measuring machine, micrometers, calipers and height gages.

　　Excellent recordkeeping, strong interpersonal skills and basic math skills required.

　　Proficiency with Desktop software (MS Word, MS Excel).

　　Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

　　U.S. Citizenship required for government security clearance and data/software access.

　　Experience with Government and aerospace project work preferred.
