Schedule Details:*Works on boilers, steam traps and pipes, HVAC units and BAS . * Must becapable of basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and othermaintenance activities. * Maintains refrigerators, refrigerated waterfountains, ice makers, freezers, walk-in coolers, and walk-in freezersand other kitchen equipment. * Orders needed parts and supplies. *Reports on repair status of down equipment to the supervisor and thecustomer owning it. * Recognizes priorities of patient care and otherequipment needs, scheduling repairs accordingly. * Works withinhospital/departmental guidelines and procedures. * Maintain records ofequipment status. * Logs repair work and parts usage on individualhistory documents. * Demonstrates knowledge of the pneumatic tubesystem. * Performs P.M. and repairs as required. * Is familiar withthe safe and proper use of hand and power tools. * Perform/Carry out avariety of other duties as assigned in order to establish a good workingrelationship with co-workers and management. * On call when scheduled.What You Will Do: Mechanic/Operator monitors all central mechanicalsystems, such as boilers, HVAC units, snow melt, medical gas, plumbing,emergency power systems and associated equipment supporting ProHealthCare buildings. Performs PM\'s and repair maintenance on selectedequipment and building systems, along with the buildingsthemselves.Monitors building automation system.Assists other crafts andworks on all designated ProHealth Care System equipment.Performs PM\'sand repairson assigned ventilation, heating and cooling systems.Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent / 4 Years relatedexperience Valid WI driver\'s license and in good standing Specializedexpertise in building systems and maintenance required Two years ofexperience preferred Why Join...
