Alongside a manager who will help coordinate and lead operations, you?ll help oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and help where needed. 　　Job Responsibilities

　　This position will report to the Campus Executive Chef. The focus of this position will be to focus on driving culinary innovation. The chef will focus on a wide variety of tasks. They include creating exciting menus that are on trend. Testing new recipes to ensure quality standards are met. They will be responsible for working with the managers and hourly associates to train and execute the innovation that is created. They are also responsible for following up to conduct quality assessments to ensure that recipes are being followed.

　　Qualifications

　　? Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions

　　? Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year

　　? Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.

　　? Ability to perform basic arithmetic

　　? Maintain emotional control under stress

　　? Ability to resolve interpersonal situations

　　? Strong organizational skills
